I needed this today :))

So often I find myself very caught up in my schedule, routine, trying to meet a goal or maybe just trying to do something that I want to do......so much so, that I forget to be kind.  But when you stop and think about it everybody is fighting some kind of battle so it just pays to be kind no matter the circumstances :))
