~ Our little field trip ~

Last week my sister and I, along with Papaw David and Nana took a field trip down to the beautiful Morrow Mountain State Park.   This is something we have been wanting to do for a while but the weather has just been too hot.  Had a wonderful time.....took a picnic lunch.....did a little hiking.....toured the museum....spent quite a bit of time by the lake searching for clam shells and pretty stones.....took lots of pictures and just enjoyed being together.  I know.....I know.....I am guilty of not taking enough time out for fun days like this one....nothing like spending time with the ones you love most and letting the cousins hang out together.   Several of the grandchildren are old enough to be working so we ended up with 8 out of 15 going with us......a good sized crowd :). We even sang "Happy Birthday" to Miss Kiley!!!  Enjoy the pics :)
