~Thanksgiving~

Thanksgiving.... a time when we make it a point to pause for just a little bit and reflect on the past year and all that we have to be thankful for.  Truth is we have so much to be thankful for each and every day.  Here's a little sampling of my many blessings.

•  the Lord above who loves us all
• a wonderful husband who so faithfully provides for us
• six beautiful children
• two of my beautiful children are grown and making their own living :)
• the fact that I get to stay home with my children
• I get to be their school teacher 
• Mom and Dad
• my only sister and her beautiful family
• my two brothers and their wonderful families
• In-laws
• many, many, nieces and nephews...almost too many to count....no not really :)
• daughters that want to be like me :)
• girlies that love to cook and sew
• men around here that LOVE to hunt
• plenty of fresh deer meat as a result of all the hunting
• two very special young ladies that we have met in the past year
• the fact that we get to spend time with these young ladies
• the fact that we can all be together on Thanksgiving day
• plenty to eat
• plenty to wear
• a nice warm house on the farm
• dear friends.....you know who you are 
• and most of all that I am truly loved and accepted by my family :)

Have I mentioned just how "blessed" I am?
