Fall is absolutely my favorite season!!! Some of the reasons are...
- Shorter days and longer evenings
- cooler weather :)
- bonfires and smores
- long sleeves, sweaters and scarves
- jeans and my cowgirl boots
- beautiful foliage on the trees
- fresh greens from Papaw's garden
- several birthdays to be celebrated
- homeschooling....nothing like one on one time with each of my children
- crocheting a new afghan
- fields of corn being harvested
- gorgeous clouds
- beautiful sunsets :)
- the brilliant colors displayed by the flowers just before frost
- fresh apples
- our yearly trip to Linney's Mill for fresh ground grits and cornmeal :))
just to name a few. I have so many things to be thankful for and most of all for the chance to experience another fall season!!! God is good all the time!!! What are some of your favorite things about fall?
