Saturday we took the day off and headed for the North Carolina and Virginia mountains to do a little sight-seeing :)) We spent the morning driving up there in the rain....but the afternoon was wonderful! The scenery was absolutely gorgeous.....mostly cattle country.....definitely a slower pace of life....you just really have to see it with your own eyes!!!
